Ms. Liberty
Ms. Liberty is an in-game character in the world of City of Heroes MMO.
She is the leader of the Vindicators supergroup, founder and leader of the Longbow division of Freedom Corps, daughter of Freedom Corps founder Miss Liberty, and granddaughter of Statesman.
She often spends her time in Atlas Plaza in front of the huge statue of Atlas, assisting other heroes in their training and improving their security levels.
She is often referred to jokingly as "Statesman's Sidechick", which became the inspiration for PNN media personality Garry Becker to dub the Vindicators as the "Sidechick Brigade".
Character History
Jessica Megan Duncan (she goes by her middle name Megan) is the third generation of superheroes in Paragon City.
Her grandfather is Marcus Cole, otherwise known as the iconic hero Statesman. Her grandmother was Monica Richter, otherwise known as Maiden Justice. Her mother was Alexis Cole-Duncan, otherwise known as Miss Liberty. And to make things even more complicated, her grand-uncle, Stefan Richter, is otherwise known as the incarnate lord of Arachnos, Lord Recluse.

She recently learned that John Cole, formerly known as Widowmaker and currently the superhero Guardian Star, is the illegitimate son of her grandfather, making John her uncle. She disputes this claim, though, and refuses to make any contact with him.
