In Issue #2 of the "Guardians of the Dawn Spotlight" series we find that Ryder Lightning stays in the area because it is where he was first discovered. He is sometimes spotted running at high speed along the streets in an attempt to return to his home universe.
Galatea Powers also had an apartment in the northern part of the area near the Icon store. Fans of the superheroine would often see her travelling nearby and take pictures of her to post at the "We Heart Galatea Powers" website. It would later be destroyed in the "Galatea Dawning" storyline.
Sin Stalker also lived here during the Justice-Knights series.
LexieTech Incorporated also was located here before the death of Alexi Lothora.
