Port Oaks is one half of an island in the City of Heroes MMO that is part of the Rogue Isles.
It is connected to Cap au Diable and separated by a "dormant" volcano.
It is also where both The Family and the Mooks call home, with the various bosses living there in exile thanks to pending indictments in America.
