TASMACH is short for "Time And Space MACHine" and is the preferred mode of movement for time and space observers from the Utopian Universe.
It should be noted that it is the prefered mode of MOVEMENT, not of TRAVEL, because the TASMACH is NOT a vehicle. It is, instead, a platform which is surrounded by a quantum bubble that puts it and the passengers of it OUTSIDE of time and space. The platform itself is considered "stationary"; it is only the bubble surrounding it that changes location.
With some modifications, the TASMACH were eventually used to travel between universes.
How these devices came to be, never mind how they became multiverse-capable, remains a great mystery surrounding the Utopians.
