Mender Silos

Mender Silos is the leader of the Menders of Ouroboros in the City of Heroes MMO.

According to other Menders, Silos is the founder of the group and was the one who used the Pillar of Ice and Flame to fold time over and over again to create the great anomaly that exists just before total universal entropy. He then recruited a small group of heroes and villains from various points in time to help prevent a great catastrophe called the "Coming Storm".
