Galatea Quantum first appeared as part of an "observational multidimensional crossover" initiated by the Q Continuum in "Future's Guardian" #14. The encounter also inspired Galatea Future's civilian identity of Athena Rose Fairmore to create a new fictional series called "Spaceship Starreach".
Her counterparts in the world of City of Heroes MMO are Galatea Powers, Furia Powers, and Leona Powers.
Her counterpart in the world of Champions Online MMO is Galatea Future.
