Alicia Blackmun is the owner and proprietor of the Magic Lantern Bookstore in Millennium City. She also is the caretaker of the Arcana Store, a secretive place where mystics hone their skills.
Alicia is a close friend of Witchcraft, and the Champions hero will often be seen talking with her in the mystical garden between the Bookstore and Foundry before moving on to another mission.
What is not "publicly known" is that Alicia is more than just the owner of the bookstore. She is also a mystic in her own right, although not as powerful as Witchcraft, but still formidable enough to not be taken lightly.
