"Agent Blue" was a shadowy agent of the shadow organization known as Shadowborn. She was also the sister to Agent Shadow.
She was sent to assassinate Alex Wentworth, who was, at the time, a candidate for District Attorney. The assassination failed with the last-minute arrival of Daybright, although her shot did manage to severely injure Wentworth.
As part of her "extraction" plan, she retreated into the sewers and waited for her contact. Her contact ended up being BloodBlader, who then hacked her to pieces with her swords, which was also part of the plan.
