Luminary is the name of two different heroes in the City of Heroes MMO.
- Luminary I - Kit Rafter, the original superhero, was a founding member of the Freedom Phalanx. He retired in 1995, but not before allowing his friend Positron to design an android that bears his name and abilities. He became a spokesman for Hero Corps.
- Luminary II - An android designed by Positron with abilities that mimic the original Luminary. She was modeled after Kit Rafter's wife, Jeanette.
