Matthew "Matt" Myers is an on-the-street reporter for the Paragon News Network. He initially started out as the network's "Eye-In-The-Sky" helicopter reporter but eventually transitioned into being an on-camera personality after the departure of Jason Smith. He is considered the likeable, joy-fulled face of a lot of PNN's programs.

Matt's first appeared off-screen as the "Eye-In-The-Sky" reporter in Issue #4 of the Justice-Knights series. His first visual appearance was in Issue #23 of the "Guardians of the Dawn Spotlight" series as he interviewed Leona Powers.
