Robin Steed
Robin Steed is the daytime and early-evening anchor for the Paragon News Network. She first appeared by name in Issue #16 of the Guardians of the Dawn Spotlight series and regularly appears in the PNN News Break.
Character History
Robin Steed is the afternoon anchor of the Paragon News Network that initially covered the day's events in two separate segments.
- "PNN Midday" covers from noon until the start of "The Garry Becker Experience"
- "PNN Dinnertime" immediately follows Becker's show and serves as the news buffer until "Rona Live!"
Robin's shows eventaully merged into one afternoon show following Becker's departure from PNN.
Relationships in PNN
Robin is considered liked, or at least respected, amongst her peers, partially because of her bubbly personality. She has also made it a point to stay away from the personality clashes between Rona Cosell, Garry Becker, and Sally Carson-Ramirez, prefering instead to work on providing the news and leaving the commentary to the other personalities.

There was another PNN anchor named Robin that covered the Wedding of Sister Psyche and Manticore, in 2008 but it is not known if this is the same person.
Robin Steed is based on (and homage to) the real-world CNN media personality Robin Meade.
