"Agent Blue" was a character in the now-defunct City of Heroes MMO.
She was a shadowy agent of the shadow organization known as Shadowborn. She was also the sister to the late Agent Shadow.
Character History
Much like her sister, "Blue's" life was intentionally erased once she became an operative for Shadowborn. This was standard procedure for them, since it ensured there would be no way to connect them to the shadow organization.
What has been pieced together about her is that "Blue" was in the Army for a brief period, where she learned how to be a proficient sniper. It is believed that she was recruited into Shadowborn not long after the death of her sister at the hands of the U.S. Government in their efforts to eliminate the original incarnation. She was dubbed "Agent Blue" because of her liking of blue clothing and a bright blue wig to hide her natural blonde hair.
She was sent to assassinate Alex Wentworth, who was, at the time, a candidate for District Attorney. The assassination failed with the last-minute arrival of Daybright, although her shot did manage to severely injure Wentworth.
As part of her "extraction" plan, she retreated into the sewers and waited for her contact. Her contact ended up being BloodBlader, who then hacked her to pieces with her swords. This was how Shadowborn "rewarded" failure.
Her remains were later found by MidKnight X and preserved for future investigation. A post-mortem theorized but could not officially conclude that BloodBlader was responsible for her death.
Powers and Abilities
Since her past was wiped clean, there is no way to accurately measure "Agent Blue's" skills. It is suspected she has military training as a sniper, but that is as much as they can ascertain.
