Character History
According to the cosmic being known as Libra, "Tyrannus 4" is a clone of Marcus Cole, aka the legendary superhero Statesman.
He was created by Statesman's arch-enemy, Nemesis in a convoluted plan to replace Statesman. But trying to create a duplicate of Statesman is impossible, since Statesman's incarnate powers come from the Well of the Furies. After three previous failures, the fourth attempt at replicating some of Statesman's abilities finally bore fruit. But in the eyes of the Prussian Prince of Automation, this still wasn't enough. He was ready to terminate his latest creation and abandon the whole project when Libra offered to take the clone of his hands.

Powers and Abilities
Tyrannus 4's primary ability is Super-Strength. He is immensely strong.
His secondary ability is Willpower. Although not as indestructible as Statesman, Tyrannus 4 can take a lot of damage.
He also has the ability to fly.
It is unknown if he would eventually possess any kind of incarnate ability, never mind the mastery of Zeus lightning that Statesman possessed.
