Mender Roebuck is a member of the Menders of Ouroboros in the City of Heroes MMO.

Although, by all appearances, Mender Roebuck resembles a 19th-century businessman, he is a little bit more than that.

As a Mender, he has knowledge to certain secrets of time and space. But that is not all that he knows.

He knows things that Menders shouldn't. Things that are crucial to the stability of the Omniverse itself.

For most other people, this would make him dangerous. Thankfully he's not like most other people.

Mender Roebuck knows how to keep a secret, and he also knows how to use that secret in a way that keeps it intact.
