Loserville

"Loserville" is the unofficial name for the various places within Paragon City that have become hidden areas for the homeless to live.

The idea of "Loserville" was based on the real-world makeshift areas called "Hoovervilles", named after President Herbert Hoover, meant to temporarily house the homeless and destitute during the Great Depression.
