The Celtic Brawler is a member of the European superhero group Dawn Patrol in the City of Heroes MMO.
He is best known for his brawling, but he also serves as a mentor for younger heroes. He was the mentor for Lyon Powers when she first started, and later trained Bulldog Powers how to fight.

The Celtic Brawler first appeared in "Guardians of the Dawn Spotlight" #22 as part of the "Galatea Dawning" storyline.
According to creator David 2, the Brawler's look was inspired by professional wrestler Shamus.
