Black Talon is the name of both a villain and a suit of armor in the world of Champions Online.
Character History
Every world tyrant needs a strong lieutenant. Someone who will ensure that the tyrant's will shall be carried out. For Doctor Destroyer, that strong lieutenant is Black Talon.
Much like Destroyer himself, Black Talon was first created as a myth before it became reality. It was said that those that dared to cross Destroyer would be put to death by his personal "angel of death", the "Black Talon". At first, the role of "Black Talon" would be played by hired assasins, but eventually Destroyer managed to personify the identity through a special battle-armor that he personally designed.

Powers and Abilities
The primary strength of Black Talon lay in the battle armor. The battle armor was designed by Doctor Destroyer to serve as his personal enforcer and executioner. To that end, it is equipped with advanced weapons, including a chain gun, rocket launchers, and an ensnarement device that can incapacitate even Defender. The armor also apparently contained tactical information on all of the Champions and was able to best determine how to overcome any of the heroes.
Unfortunately the lack of tactical information is also the armor's weakness, as was demonstrated when a newly-arrived Galatea Future was able to defeat it even with minimal abilities.

Black Talon was first seen in "The Lost Adventures of Galatea Future" #1 as the ultimate boss that manipulated the Qularr invasion of 2011.
