The Arcana Store is located in the Downtown section of Millennium City, across the street from Champions Headquarters and just north of the U.N.T.I.L. headquarters.
The Arcana Store is a place where mystics can hone their skills. The building is located next door to the Magic Lantern Bookstore and is "protected" by a mystical field.
