Koldfront is a hero in the City of Heroes MMO and a member of the Guardians of the Dawn.
Character History
Geoff McDaniels was born in New Hylea, a small town in California home to mostly mystical practitioners. A true mystic-friendly community, Geoff discovered at an early age that he had great potential and was encouraged to develop this.
Eventually he was allowed to train with other mystics in local covens. It was here that he realized that he possessed the power over the weather, otherwise known as aeromancy. While this power was limited, he knew that with enough training, he would become a true master of the weather. And yet, with his family and peers, he also tempers his power with the responsibility that comes with it.
After getting his bachelor's degree in mystical research, Geoff was recruited by Wentworth's Fine Consignments as a mystical appraiser. This led to him meeting the company's CEO, Andrew Wentworth, and from there, he was recruited to the Guardians of the Dawn superhero group.
Powers and Abilities
Koldfront's primary ability is Storm Summoning. He can manipulate the weather on a localized level to bring damaging winds, rain, and possibly even lightning.
His secondary ability is Ice Blast. He can manipulate the cold as both an offensive and defensive manner.
He can also manipulate winds to allow himself to fly.
