Wrathstrike is a member of The Libra Order and a former member of the group Scorned By Fate.
Character History
The orphaned son of two career criminals, the young boy spend his whole life looking to undo everything law and order stood for. He trained his body and sacrificed everything, including his humanity, to gain the power needed to be the living embodiment of fear for all those that support law and order.
