Sally Carson-Ramirez
Sally Carson-Ramirez is a media personality for the Paragon News Network and host of the show Shining Lights.
She first appeared in the C.C.C. Compendium #5 interviewing members of the Guardians of the Dawn. One of her pre-recorded interview segments was rudely interrupted by her off-camera rival Rona Cosell.
Beneath that optimisitc and ever-cheerful on-camera veneer, though, is the determination of a young reporter eager to do whatever it takes to make herself the "Queen of All Media". She also bristles at being called "perky", even though it is her best asset.
Although dismissed as being a "Rona-NeverBe", Sally is considered by some in PNN to be Rona's eventual replacement. Ms. Cosell certainly considers that to be a threat to her status in the network.
