Thunder-Clap is a registered hero in Paragon City.
He was the main character in the Dark Horse One-Shot promotional comic for the City of Heroes. On his first day arriving in Paragon City, he makes the mistake of going into a hazard zone, where he teams up with War Witch and Apex to take on the Freakshow and the Council.
He has not been seen since that issue, and he has not yet made an in-game appearance.
