Croatoa is a suburban area north of Paragon City. It was officially included as part of the Paragon City Metropolitan Area after the 2002 Rikti Invasion, although it is technically not a part of the city itself.
Croatoa is known as an epicenter for magic, being the home for many mystical forces, including the Cabal and the Red Caps.
