WCOT is the call-sign of a radio station in Millennium City in the world of Champions Online MMO.
WCOT prides itself as being a "Hot Talk" radio station with a news-and-talk format. Often the discussions involves heroes.

"Monitor Duty" is the most popular late-night talk shows for Millennium City.
Hosted by "The Caped Offender", "Monitor Duty" targets those late night workers, especially heroes that spend that time stuck in "monitor duty". Most callers are heroes who share their late-night experiences and thoughts on various subjects.
