Susan Davies is an in-game character and director of Enhanced Logistics for Insight and Tactical Excellence office in Atlas Park. Her brother is ex-hero Rick Davies, who also runs the D.A.T.A. office down the hall from her.
Some people believe that Susan got her position in City Hall because of her brother, either from his connections or from his status as a former hero.
She was physically involved with Major Catastrophe, as referenced in "Tales from Paragon City" #4. While she would not refer to this as a "romantic" relationship, it was a relationship that "The Major" exploited whenever he needed something from her. After his exile, she came across his brother, Captain Catastrophe, who was just starting out as a hero.
Powers and Abilities
Susan has no powers whatsoever. She works with heroes because she knows that no matter what, someone will save her.
