Jack in Irons is a giant monster that exists in the now-defunct City of Heroes MMO.
He is the "leader" of the Red Caps gang that operate outside of Croatoa.
He is there mostly because the Red Caps lured him there. But he stays because simply being a "giant monster", he attracts heroes for him to pound on.
