One of the few draw backs to Planetwide's Comic Book Creator (CBC) is it's inability for the end user to edit their panel layout. Jesse Pavel, a java programmer, worked to address this and ultimately created the CBC Template Creator, a stand alone program that not only allows you create your own panel layouts for use in the Planetwide CBC but also generates the preview bitmap that CBC will use when selecting it.
