The Black Aces are a criminal gang in the world of Champions Online MMO.
The best way to describe the Black Aces would be to imagine "Clockwork Orange" at the circus.
They wear strict black and white outfits. Their strong guys wear circus tights. Their leaders are flamboyant. Their hierarchy is patterned after the high levels of a card deck.
They specialize in dealing weapons. Specifically the Qularr technology they somehow got their hands on.
