A Nemesis Plotter is a derogatory term for a conspiracy theorist, especially when one firmly believes they are involved in elaborate, drawn-out plans being played against them.
The term is in reference to Nemesis, the legendary arch-villain of Paragon City, and the popular catch-phrase "It's a Nemesis Plot!".
