"Mighty Marvin" is the character in the now-defunct City of Heroes MMO.
He is a former "hero" and reformed con artist who now operates as an Internet blogger.
In addition to running "The Real Paragon City" website, he is also busy helping out "Loserville", the unofficial name for an area of Paragon City that is the refuse of the disenfranchised and forgotten.
