William McCade, otherwise known as either Bill McCade or simply Cade, was a police officer with the Paragon City Police Department and one of the members the corrupt Blue Dog Squad.
Character History
Born Cade Williams, he started out as an "honest" member of the Paragon City Police. That "honesty" lasted until his recruitment into a special "elite" group of cops called the "Blue Dog Squad". There he learned quick how the system "really" works
