Once upon a time...
...our Wiki resource was as it was intended to be: an open resource where anyone could sign up and create and edit entries.
Then came the dreaded spammers and their bots and their false wares and their endless attacks on our humble resource.
Tried as we could, we could not stop the flood of spammers. We could not ban them or block their IPs as they would spoof and lie their way into our system. They attacked with impunity, knowing full well that they could not be touched, and struck at all times of the day and night.
So we, the tired and frustrated administrators, could only do the one thing the spammers could not avoid. We limited almost all the rights on our resource to only the few people we could trust and verify.
The spammers and their bots can only create logins. They cannot create or upload or edit entries. But neither can most other people.
So how can you get in?
In short, you have to be a member of the City of Comic Creators.
Here's what you need to do. Submit the following information:

Alias/Pen-Name:
MMO:
Comic/Comics Published: (You must have at least one)
Source: (website)
You MUST have published at least one fan-made comic, either by yourself or in collaboration with another. This comic must be available for us to view, either through a website publisher like Issuu or deviantART, or through a cloud server that we can access.
We will review your application and then make the decision to approve or reject it. Bear in mind that we have jobs and other responsibilities outside this forum, so your application may not be reviewed immediately.
If we approve your request, you will be given membership access to the CCC Members Only board and the rights to create, edit, move, upload, and delete files in the Wiki resource.
