Saul Rubenstien is a self-professed "Agent and Manager of Legends".
In truth, though, he is an old man with a long history of bad luck and bad timing.

Professional Career
Saul's early career as an agent and manager was with Hollywood. He managed C-and-D-listed actors, which got him his credentials, and provided just enough revenue through video rights to like a modestly comfortable life.
When he eventually found out that his nephew is the superhero known as Ascendant, he found the spark he needed to re-invent himself as the "Agent and Manager of Legends". Unfortunately his merchandising ideas ended up causing problems and lawsuits.
He hoped to cash in on his other "Legend"... Captain Catastrophe. But the Captain became known more for being a "team killer" than a "team player". Still, he did manager to get the Captain a YouTube video series as well as his appearance in a comic book.

Saul was not seen but was part of the dialogue with Captain Catastrophe in "Tales From Paragon City" #4.
