"Rotiart" is the code-name for a villain in the world of Champions Online. He appeared briefly to confront Galatea Future over the death of "Foreclosure" before disappearing.

His name is "Traitor" spelled backwards.
According to series creator David 2, the inspiration for the character's look came from the teaser images in the "Champions Online" website. His name came from the short-lived reality TV series "Who Wants To Be A Super-Hero" hosted by Stan Lee.
