Kevin Poe is the leader of the New Purple Gang.
Character History
The son of a famed psionics researcher, Dr. Sebastian Poe, Kevin Poe discovered his heritage relatively recently. Determined to avenge his father's betrayal by the leaders of PSI, Kevin moved to Millennium City and became the head of the New Purple Gang.
The fact that nobody actually remembers an "Old" Purple Gang is proof of Poe's use of his telepathic powers. But having a gang and having powers is not enough for him. Poe wants to destroy all other telepaths, including and especially Medusa and Psimon. And, if by some chance, it also turns the brains of everyone else into jelly, all the better for him.
Powers and Abilities
Kevin Poe is a telepath, born with the ability to incur fear and misery on others. He can also use this power to siphon the life force of others.
In addition to his telepathic powers, he also carries with him several firearms.
