Kallisti Wharf

Kallisti Wharf is an area in Paragon City in the City of Heroes MMO that was in development by Paragon Studios but was never released before the MMO was shut down in 2012.
It was suggested that Kallisti Wharf would be released in a future "issue" as a "between" point between war wall zones as a suggestion that new areas of Paragon City were finally being restored and made available.

Kallisti Wharf was referenced in "The Guardian Powers" #15. In the issue, Doc Tor explained how the supergroup beacon from Kallisti Wharf was used to serve as a receiving point to save the residents of Galaxy City from destruction.
