Whether you’re designing individual pages or a whole document, once you think that you have everything all set, that is the time to covert it all into that common format.

The most common format online is Adobe’s PDF. While originally you could only create a PDF format through Adobe Acrobat, the format has become common enough for there to be several for-free creator programs. If you create your document using any of the Open Office applications, then you can have it convert your work into a PDF format. The latest versions of Microsoft Office also allow you to save your work as a PDF file. Granted, you are not able to edit the program once it has been created, but you can always fix the work that you have and then convert it over into a new PDF file later.

However you come across the means to convert your creation into a PDF document, be sure to give it a once-through from front to back to make sure all is as it should be. Then go ahead and convert it over to PDF.
