Fort Trident is a secret base located inside Atlas Park just west of City Hall.
This is a location where you would find all of the current Freedom Phalanx members, plus Ms. Liberty.
Access is restructed to actual heroes. Those designated "Rogues" or "Vigilantes" are prohibited from accessing this area.

In Issue #22 of the "Guardians of the Dawn Spotlight" series it is revealed that this is the interim headquarters of the Freedom Phalanx following the destruction of their previous HQ in Baumton.
