The Cabal are an all-female group of witches in the now-defunct City of Heroes MMO.
The all-female coven of witches are the assimilation of some of the earlier witch covens that existed in America around the time of the Salem Witch Trials.
Although other covens still exist, the Cabal represent some of the earliest groups.
