He works for [[Father Time]] in the [[Pocket_D#Ski_Chalet|Ski Chalet]] as a seller of rare items that can be redeemed with special candy canes.

"Candy" is a real player, though. Always hustling-hustling for the money-money. Because it's all about the dollar-dollar.

We don't even know if he's an actual elf. He's bigger than your normal elf, dresses more like Santa's helper, and talks normally. Some people think he's just a guy who takes the same kind of mystical potion that makes [[Baby New Year]] look legit.
