			Following [[Furia Powers\|Furia Powers's]] first Christmas as an adopted member of the extended Powers family, Bulldog asked his cousins if he could join them in Paragon City to see what things are like there. With permission from both the Dawn Patrol and the [[FBSA]], he was able to transition his hero credentials to America, operating as an honorary member of and sponsored by the [[Guardians of the Dawn]]. Once in America, Chuck found that he could find people to fight with at almost every corner.

			But Chuck wasn't there just to fight. Furia asked him to keep an eye on [[John Cole]], Galatea's boyfriend and teammate. There were some things that were off about Cole according to Furia, and she needed someone to follow Cole that he wouldn't suspect.

			In addition to that, Bulldog was also asked to help the Guardians take on the corrupt members of the city's police department. To that end, Bulldog was the one that took down [[Lawdog]] after Lawdog was given false information on where to find a potential witness.

			He is still in Paragon City and still keeping an eye on John Cole for his cousins.

	~~{{WIP}}~~		Bulldog Powers is a member of the legendary Powers Family in Wales. He is the biological cousin to Lyon Powers as well as the adopted cousin to Galatea Powers and Furia Powers.

			Like many others in his family, Charles “Chuck” Powers knew he was destined for greatness in the United Kingdom. But with a superhero dynasty that is publically known, being a member of the Powers family also means coming across family members from the various villains that his relatives put away. That meant that Bulldog had to defend himself from retribution, and, boy, did he ever!

			Chuck was always in fights. He wouldn’t start any of them, but he made sure that he finished them. While this would normally be a bad thing, most people knew who the Powers family were and why Chuck had to be in a fight, and why he would win them.
